The MyBankruptcyTeam staff gathers documents, authors your petitions and files the necessary documents to your cases. We stay with the case from signing to filing to discharge. We do it all.
Our in-house legal review brings all critical case issues to light with suggested resolutions.  All of your case files and documents are organized by our staff on a network drive you can view and edit from your office computers or mobile device.
Payment for services is made through Chase Bank’s secure QuickPay system.

You can monitor the status of your entire caseload.    You receive timely reminders of every deadline including 341 reminders to clients, documents to trustees, filing reaffirmations, completing certificates, claims review, trustee directives, opportunity for continuances and the list goes on.
One of the most powerful features is the management of Chapter 13 confirmation objections. You will have a detailed accounting of each objection and the steps toward their individual resolution. Our staff will get you there.
You can print a summary of all activity on a case and a summary of issues and critical data for hearings or meetings with clients.  You will never be wondering if you’ve got the facts straight when it matters most.  Finally, you can do away with the multiple tools you’ve used to manage your practice, like the clunky spreadsheet, email based communication records and piles of handwritten notes and messages.
